We are not liable for non-delivery or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier issues, strikes, or customs clearance delays.

Shipping timelines provided on our website are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery services are carried out by third-party logistics providers, and once an order is shipped, Lionies is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier company. If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided by the user, any additional costs incurred for re-shipping shall be borne by the customer.

By using our website, you acknowledge that Lionies acts solely as a seller and facilitator of products listed on the platform. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding product performance or merchantability beyond what is described. If a user fails to accept or collect the delivery of an order and the product is returned to us, we reserve the right to refund the amount after deducting shipping and handling charges. Any complaints must be raised within 10 days of order delivery. Complaints beyond this period may not be accepted.
