At Lionies, we are committed to delivering your fashion essentials as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth, reliable, and transparent shopping experience, whether you're ordering from within India or internationally.
Special Shipping Policy – Hustler Sale
· Free Shipping on all orders above ₹699.
· For orders below ₹699, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
· COD available for orders valued between ₹700 – ₹2,999.
· Orders below ₹700 or above ₹2,999 are not eligible for COD.
· Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid COD rejections.
🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (within India)
· Metros: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.
· Other cities/towns: Estimated delivery in 3–6 business days.
· Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order directly using the link provided in the email or by visiting the respective courier’s tracking portal.
Insured Deliveries & Lost Shipments
· All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
· If a package is lost in transit, we will wait 15 days before reprocessing or refunding the order.
· If the original product is unavailable, you’ll be offered a refund or an alternate item of your choice.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to refusal by the customer or incorrect/incomplete shipping details:
· The invoice amount minus shipping charges will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming the order. Lionies will not be liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:
· Contact us within 7 days at support@lionies.in.
· A clear unboxing video is required showing the issue upon delivery.
This helps us process your replacement or refund smoothly and swiftly.
Additional Notes
· Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or delays from courier partners.
· Lionies is not liable for delays beyond our control but will work closely with courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
