At Lionies, we are committed to providing our customers with premium-quality clothing and a seamless shopping experience. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
Domestic Orders
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
· You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
· If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to remain eligible for a return or exchange.
· A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for processing return/refund requests related to product issues. The video must clearly show the unsealing of the package and the contents inside.
Reverse Pickup Process
· We offer one free reverse pickup per order (subject to service availability at your pincode).
· In rare cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to send the product back via a trusted courier service. Reimbursement will be provided upon validation.
· If your reverse pickup is not completed within 24–48 hours after approval, please contact us so we can reinitiate it. Pickup delays may occur due to courier issues and are beyond our control.
· If the 7-day return window expires before reverse pickup is completed and no communication is received from the customer, the return request may be voided.
Refund Details
For Prepaid Orders:
· A processing fee of 3% will be deducted before the refund is processed.
· Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method.
· You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated. Refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
· Products listed under “Final Sale” or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
· Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items are strictly non-returnable.
· Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition will not be accepted.
First Order Policy
Your first order is eligible for one-time exchange or return, and you may request a refund as per the terms above.
Cancellation Policy
· Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
